We are
now accepting applications for the 2008 - 2009
school year;
however, only sign up when you are ready to send and receive Flat Stanleys.
The Application Form
is Strictly Limited to Teachers Only
If you are a teacher, complete the
Application Form
to join us for the 2008 - 2009 school year! Some
teachers choose to take part all year long while others only participate for
a month or two. The choice is yours.

interested in becoming involved in some way, send an e-mail to

participation.
Be sure to include your home telephone number as well as a mailing
address.

HOSPITAL, A CAMP, A VETERINARIAN CLINIC, or SOME OTHER ACCREDITED
ORGANIZATION, CLICK

Option
Participants might like to consider
becoming involved on an e-mail only basis.
Flat
Stanleys could be
sent as e-mail attachments. E-mail has all of the benefits
of the Flat Stanley Project- communication, literacy and
cooperation- without the expense of postage.
In your e-mail
introduction note that all members send to
potential recipients before mailing a Stanley,
simply state you would prefer e-mail replies only.
