Miss Amie had a chance to go to the White House with Administrator Fugate where he met President Obama and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. Miss Amie attended a meeting about hurricane preparedness. During the meeting Miss Amie learned about hurricanes and the forecast for the 2012 hurricane season.
