This is the top of Nobscot Hill. I can see Nobscot Hill from my house. Anyway I would like to tell you about Framingham. The town of Framingham was founded in 1700. Some interesting facts about Framingham are... -The first church was organized in 1701 -The first schoolhouse was built in 1716 -Framingham sent about 130 military men to Lexington and Concord at the start of the American Revolution. -Every Fourth of July from 1854 to 1865 The Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society held a rally in a picnic area in what is now downtown Framingham. -Framingham is founded along the Old Connecticut Path, which was a footpath used by Native Americans to travel from Massachusetts Bay to the Connecticut River Valley.
